City Icons
These graphics were done for the City of Calgary. Adobe Illustrator was used for all of the illustrations. The client wanted something more real than graphic.
Subaru BRZ
This was another fun Subaru illustration I worked on for the folks over at Zulu Alpha Kilo. There were lots of little challenges here, the project was made using Sketchbook Pro, Illustrator, Procreate, and Photoshop. I really enjoyed creating a sense of atmosphere and depth in such an unusual format. It had to be this size to be adapted to all the client’s different social media.
Cycling magazine
Ask any Illustrator about drawing bikes, they’re a lot more labor intensive than they look. These images were for a magazine article about tech and bicycling. They were created using Photoshop, Illustrator and Procreate.
Subaru WRX
This was done for Subaru for the folks over at Zulu Alpha Kilo. It was a gas working with Teresa, Phil, Tori and others. Lot’s of Photoshop tricks to make the illustration feel dynamic. I started with a pencil sketch in Sketchbook Pro, Ink in Clip Studio Paint and color and effects in Photoshop.
Mother Nature
The Black Lives Matter movement and the Climate Change issues combined made me want to reimagine who Mother Nature is in a corporeal sense. In a lot of my exploratory work lately, line has become paramount to me. This was created in Clip Studio Paint and Adobe Illustrator.
