This project was done for Telus Spark here in Calgary. The girl illustration is made to look like it’s stencilled on a cement wall, the undies are actually stencilled on wood. The Ears drawing is drawn in Photoshop and output to wood. After drawing fourteen ears, I can now draw ears like a boss.

Recent Work
Recently completed illustration and design. The book is about these two kids living in a small valley town. With the exception of the small rough drawing, everything was done in Photoshop. It’s weird, I hate using the computer when coming up with ideas or roughs, it just doesn’t feel right. But it fits in after that stage.

I found this joke about ten years ago, not sure who to attribute it to, but I thought it was appropriate today.
Once upon a time, in a village, a man appeared and announced to the villagers that he would buy monkeys for $10 each. The villagers, seeing that there were many monkeys around, went out to the forest and started catching them. The man bought thousands at $10 and, as supply started to diminish, the villagers stopped their effort.
