Bow Habitat Station

Bow Habitat Station

The Bow Habitat station was the largest project we worked on doing the Design. Hundreds of panels of Illustrations, photos and texts wove through the three galleries on two floors. A custom typeface was designed to make the display typography unique to this site, and a colour palette controlled the look and feel throughout the galleries. I learned a ton about fish, the habitat of fish, birds and other animals.
Hamilton Harbour-Parks Canada

Hamilton Harbour-Parks Canada

Over the years we’ve done a lot of large scope projects for Parks Canada. The Hamilton Harbour project allowed us to create the designs and panels for most of the interior elements for Gallery one. The client really allowed us to produce fun and engaging exhibits. We almost got a waist level squirt gun built in, it made it to the final stages before someone killed it. So close, but a really huge, fun project.
Hiltap Fittings

Hiltap Fittings

Hiltap commissioned us originally to create product spec sheets as a sales tool for their new products. From there we evolved a look for all their marketing material. This eventually led to a sort of fluid looking limited palette for all their stuff. Since their business was making fittings for moving all kinds of fluids, it kind of made sense. We finished their look and feel with their website before they got acquired by another company.

Rosetta Exploration

Rosetta Exploration

Rosetta was another company that asked us to design the logo and then take on other projects. We designed their first three Annual Reports before they were acquired.  We wanted the logo to be as unique and enigmatic as the original Rosetta Stone. That stone gave mankind a better understanding of Egyptian Hieroglyphics. Rosetta was an early pioneer of deep well technology.

Big Planet

Big Planet

Big Planet Adventures website
We were originally commissioned to design the logo for this exciting company, but the project grew to the design of the website Stationery and forms as well. For the site we wanted to build unique call to action buttons that were a little adventurous looking evocative of old-world adventures. We also utilized the client’s massive library of world images to make sure every page had lots of great adventure imagery.
